If you are driving you will arrive in Portree on the A87, follow the signs for the Town Centre and you will arrive in Somerled Square. At the top left of the Square you will see the Isles Inn on the corner. Take the road you see going up the hill, which is Home Farm Road. Springfield Road is the first road on the left. Follow the road to the end and you have arrived at Rosebank Guest House. We have free parking outside the Guest House.

We believe the breakfast is the most important meal of the day and want to ensure you are well-fuelled for your day ahead. We offer a Full Scottish Breakfast and have options for most dietary requirements including gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and will do our best to cater for any other requests. We also have a selection of cereals, yogurt, fruit, juices, and tea & coffee.
For a small charge, we can wash and dry your clothes overnight so they are ready for you in the morning, or if you are staying for more than one night they will be ready for your return after your day out. We also have an iron and ironing board available.
We know that dogs are part of the family, so why should they miss out on family holidays? Well-behaved dogs are welcome in certain rooms for a small charge, but not in our dining or internal communal areas. Our 4-legged friends will be welcomed with complimentary dog biscuits and poo bags.

1. General Policy. When you buy a tour from Radical Travel Group Limited over the World Wide Web your web browser connects to our site through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL is an industry standard protocol for secure encryption over the internet. When information is encrypted it is scrambled between your computer and our secure servers. The information can only be unscrambled when it safely reaches our end. It's fast and safe and it ensures your personal information cannot be read by anyone else.
1.1 How can you check we are who we say we are? We use Verisign to identify ourselves. If you click on the Verisign logo it will open up a window telling you how to further investigate this site's authenticity. The URL (e.g.www.rosebankportree.com) will be different depending on which company you are booking a tour with. For example if you book a Shamrocker tour, the URL will say www.shamrockertours.com, and similarily if you book under Radical Travel the URL will contain www.radicaltravel.com. 1.2 The Booking Process Our booking process can be split into four separate stages. Each stage is identified by the information it is gathering. SSL encryption requires extra processing power to secure the data transferred between machines. In some cases the extra overhead can be too much for slower internet connections. To make the booking process as easy and reliable as possible, SSL is only used when sensitive data is transferred e.g. credit card details.
1.21 Stage 1 - Tour Information Stage 1 allows you to select where, when and how many of you are going on the tour. You are also given the chance to read and agree to the terms and Conditions. No sensitive information is passed between your computer and our system at this point so no SSL encryption is used.
1.22 Stage 2 - Confirmation of Tour Details Stage 2 confirms the tour you have chosen, the cost per person, the start and return dates, the number of passengers, and the total cost. You are given the option to add more tours or continue when you have checked the details are correct. As in Stage 1 no sensitive data is passed between our computers so no SSL encryption is used.
1.23 Stage 3 - Passenger details Stage 3 allows you to enter the personal details of each passenger travelling on the tour(s). Some details are required to process your order, while others are optional. You are also given the chance to select the passengers going on each of the tours, if you selected more than one. The total amount to be paid will be displayed before the booking process goes on to accept your credit/debit card details and sets up a SSL connection between your computer and our secure servers.
1.24 Stage 4 - Payment Details The SSL connection is established and you are asked to key in your credit/debit card details. If you booked several people onto the system you will be asked to either select who is paying for the whole group or enter multiple card details until the whole group is accounted for. All this is done under SSL encryption. Once everybody has paid a booking summary screen will appear giving you full details of the booking and a booking reference number. The booking is now complete. To make sure nobody else can go back to the information you entered on your browser you must close the browser window.
1.3 Booking Problems If our system cannot process your booking due to inaccurate information (e.g. you typed your credit card details incorrectly when making the booking) a member of our sales team will contact you by email and try to remedy the situation.
1.4 Confirmation Once you have booked a confirmation email will be sent to the email address supplied in stage 3. A second email will be sent, when your credit/debit card has been charged successfully, confirming full payment has been made.

We may disclose your personal data to any supplier with whom we make any enquiry concerning or book any travel or other products and services for you as agent (whether as agent for you, someone representing you, or the supplier), such as a tour operator. Details of any third party tour operators or other third parties who will be responsible for or supply you with the travel services booked or enquired about, may be obtained from us on request, and may be stated in any tour or other brochure provided by us.
If any application is made through us for any travel or other insurance to cover you, we will pass your personal data on to the insurer. Information provided by you may be put on to a register of claims and shared with other insurers to prevent fraudulent claims.

We keep your personal data for so long a is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which we use it, and if longer, for any duration required by law, and for statutory claims limitation periods where your personal data may be relevant to any possible liability we may have to you.
